Launched in 2006, Saal’s management team combined their previous experience in launching and managing Football Café & Roma Café to launch many more F&B businesses, such as Buffalo Burger, as well as several other restaurants in Egypt and the United States. The key vision for Saal’s restaurants is to demonstrate that food served fast didn't have to be a "fast-food" experience. This goal is fulfilled by merging the use of high-quality raw ingredients, classic cooking methods and distinctive interior design -features that are more frequently found in the world of fine dining, with accessible and affordable meals that are prepared and served in a timely manner.
