Review resumes and applications, post jobs online, post jobs on construction hot sheets, conduct preliminary phone interviews and in person interviews
Direct new hire orientation including, new hire paper work, drug screening, and safety training
Maintain a database of 900+ construction workers to contact for jobs all over the country
Assist HR Director with any miscellaneous projects as needed
Multi-task everyday by balancing the incoming calls for construction workers looking for employment, while completing all other daily responsibilities
Successfully manage the manpower of various jobsites throughout the United States, this could be from one to five or more job sites at a time
