• Responsible for qualifying the business needs and implementing dealer specific strategies in achieving defined dealer growth targets.
• Re-engage dealers who are low or non-performing by developing new strategies, offering solutions and tactics to develop and grow the current business with sales processes and product training.
• Responsible for on-boarding and training all new dealers regarding dealer programs and processes.
• Subject matter expert with regards to programming and business processes necessary to be a successful dealer. Ensure that dealers in all 8 territories are equipped to sell on their own in 90 days.
• Interact and maintain a business relationship with outside counterparts to assist in the growth of regional territory performance, as well as, identify performance issues and develop training in order to promote growth.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other team members within the department and throughout the organization.
