As the Operations Manager at Michigan's Local Food Consulting, Media & Marketing Agency, I manage the daily operations of the TLD team, improving efficiencies and procedures and supporting the growth of a connected and empowered team. My key responsibilities include: Invoicing & Financial Reporting: As a lead bookkeeper, I process all invoices and bills, manage subscriptions in our e-commerce system, and produce budget reports to share with our leadership team. Manage Publication Distribution: Manage the distribution of 80,000 print magazines through a 3rd party distributor to small businesses across the state of Michigan.
