• Planning daily operations to ensure efficient work flow.
• Tracking production and KPIs to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Managing inventory and interfacing with vendors to ensure supply is delivered in a timely, orderly manner.
• Purchasing supplies, preparing budgets and reports, and ensuring maximum profit.
• Collaborating with senior staff to prepare budgets and financial reports.
• Analyzing existing operations, staff, and financial documents and recommending improvements.
• Scheduling/performing repairs, maintenance, and replacement including VFDs, PLCs, and manufacturing equipment.
• Ensuring staff adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Other duties: scheduling deliverables, repairing diesel, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
