I developed and negotiated licensee relationships in 6 countries.Prior to the acquisition, I lead a high powered management team that transcended Pro-Line Corporation to become the worldwide #2 ethnic beauty care product manufacturer. With Pro-Line, repeated success became the standard for excellence. We created the ethnic children’s hair care category with “Just-for-Me” and to date remains the worldwide category leader, now owned by Unilever. Acquired and developed brands within one of the world’s most difficult, but lucrative hair care market, Brazil. Oversaw the investment placement from the top tier private equity firm Patricof & Co. to provide funds for acquisitions and business expansion.
