RoadHouse Cinemas - Corporate Human Resources Manager June 2022 - Present Responsible for oversight of 3 Locations: Colorado Springs, CO - Scottsdale, AZ and Tucson, AZ Working with 3 locations; Oversee payroll operations, Human Resource Information Software (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) administration and upkeep; Update operational processes and procedures, payroll, safety, and operations management: Update company-wide communications, documents, and policies; Ensure legal compliance of company operations through utilizing education, experience, and resources; Oversee benefits administration, general liability, workers compensation, and unemployment insurance claims and appeals; Participate in employee discipline and terminations ensuring fairness and proper policy and procedure adherence; Conducting workplace investigations and addressing employee relations issues; Coach and train management in the areas of legal compliance and best practices in the areas of human resources performance management: Reporting 1095-C forms, OSHA 300: Oversee all documents in the employee personnel files; Assist in recruitment, post job openings, review and maintain applications, arrange for interview with managers; Maintain attendance records, warnings, counseling, and other disciplinary actions of employees; Support exit interview process.
