Hr Admin - Manages all aspects of Human Resources for the company including but not limited to hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, benefits management, work comp case management, and performance tracking for a team of 70 employees, ensuring adherence to federal and state law, company policies, and the company’s contract with Amazon.
OM - Plans routes each workday and performs fleet maintenance, process improvement initiatives, and performance management through a deep understanding of company KPIs, one-on-one employee training and reviews, and key relationships with Amazon and company peers to ensure the highest level of safety, quality, teamwork, and customer experience possible.
