Clinica Family Health is a community health center, a medical safety net for those who otherwise might fall through the cracks of the American health care system. We exist to provide basic health care to the low-income and uninsured people of our service area.

Western Nephrology began practice in 1968 serving Lutheran Medical Center and St. Anthony Central Hospitals. In 1973 the practice expanded to provide both inpatient and outpatient dialysis services in the West Denver Metropolitan Region. Over the next 30 years outpatient dialysis centers were developed in Boulder, Arvada, Brighton, Lakewood, Longmont, and Westminster. In addition inpatient dialysis services were expanded to cover 8 hospitals and 2 rehabilitation hospitals in the Northwest Denver Metropolitan and Boulder area counties. Currently Western Nephrology provides consultative services and inpatient dialysis services to Avista Hospital, Boulder Community Hospital, Colorado Acute Specialty Hospital, Exempla Lutheran Hospital, Exempla Good Samaritan Hospital, Longmont United Hospital, North Suburban Hospital, Vibra, St. Anthony Hospital and St. Anthony North Hospital. Western Nephrology partners with American Renal Associates as medical directors and attending physicians at 8 regional dialysis clinics as well as a home dialysis program that provides for both home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The practice currently includes 17 board certified nephrologists in clinics in Arvada, Lakewood, Boulder, Lafayette, Longmont and Westminster. Research Departments are housed in our Westminster and Arvada Offices. Our administrative office is located in Wheat Ridge and provides credentialing, financial support, and information systems support to the practice.

Mental Health Partners (MHP), a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization, was founded in 1962 as the Mental Health Center of Boulder County and opened at the county general hospital on North Broadway in Boulder. The clinic, which was formed thanks to the collective efforts of a group of dedicated citizens, provided services for adult and child clients, as well as an after-care program for clients discharged from mental hospitals. Over the past 60 years, MHP has continued to keep pace with growth and demand. It is considered a leader and innovator in mental health, and it is the only organization providing comprehensive mental health services to residents of Boulder and Broomfield counties regardless of their ability to pay. Today, the organization serves over 21,000 individuals each year and responds to nearly 13,000 calls to emergency psychiatric services annually. MHP employs over 400 dedicated administrative and mental health professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and peer support specialists. Our team of licensed therapists and support team members are experts in their fields, bringing a wide array of knowledge and diversity to the individuals they serve. MHP runs 20+ distinct programs from 9 service locations across Boulder and Broomfield counties, and engages more than 100 community partners including schools, healthcare clinics, nonprofits, local agencies, and businesses.
