The SPLC is a catalyst for racial justice in the South and beyond, working in partnership with communities to dismantle white supremacy, strengthen intersectional movements, and advance the human rights of all people. We focus our legal, advocacy, and public education efforts on four major areas representing some of the most significant challenges facing the South and beyond: protecting voting rights and civic engagement; eradicating poverty in our Southern communities; dismantling white nationalism and protecting democracy; and decriminalizing and decarcerating Black and Brown people.

The Medical Association of the State of Alabama serves, leads and unites physicians with the highest quality of health care for Alabama's citizens through advocacy, information and education. With more than 7,000 members, the Medical Association is the oldest, largest and most effective organization representing physicians and medicine in Alabama. Protecting the practice of medicine in Alabama is our primary concern. The Family Sunshine Center is dedicated to ending family violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking through comprehensive services and community-based outreach and prevention education. We foster hope and healing through immediate response, safe haven in crisis, advocacy, counseling, and support, so that victims may be empowered to lead safe, violence-free lives. We provide no-cost services for victims of domestic violence, family violence, dating violence, stalking, sexual assault, and human trafficking. The Automotive Aftermarket Association Southeast (AAAS) is a nonprofit trade association representing the automotive parts manufacture, distribution, service and repair industry. Established in 1938, AAAS serves automotive aftermarket businesses in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Mississippi.
