Klondike Cheese Co. is a 4th generation Wisconsin cheese-making family, crafting cheese on the factory’s original site established in the rolling hills of Green County during the late 1800's. Jones Dairy Farm is best known for breakfast sausage using a popular recipe that has been in the Jones family for more than 180 years. Didion Milling processes over 86,000 bushels of corn each day from a vast network of local producers.
