• Manage hiring processes such as recruitment, screening, interviewing, and selection of approximately 120 seasonal employees; revising all existing processes and job descriptions to ensure all process are up-to-date and comply with legal hiring practices
• Manage onboarding for new employees such as paperwork (I-9, W-4, Employee Contract, etc.), orientation, and training.
• Daily office functions such as receiving incoming phone calls, mail, and conducting all scheduling for a staff of over 120 employees
• Assisting in orchard tasks where needed, such as landscaping and other general labor
