Southern Ohio Medical Center (SOMC) is a 248-bed hospital in Portsmouth, Ohio, providing emergency and surgical care, as well as a wide range of other health-care services (see Programs and Services for details). SOMC employs over 3,000 full- and part-time people, has a medical staff of more than 266 physicians and specialists, and is supported by more than 464 regular volunteers. University Physicians (UP) is the largest multi-specialty medical group in Mississippi. With over 400 physician members who practice 125 medical specialties, UP provides a depth of medical care not available anywhere else in Mississippi. Over 100 of our physicians have been named Best Doctors in America in 2007, 2008 and 2009, an honor paid to these doctors by their physician peers. And University Physicians is a proud part of University of Mississippi Health Care, the patient care mission of The University of Mississippi Medical Center. The Pavilion offers a full-service lab; radiology services including mammography and MRI; pharmacy; physical therapy services adjacent to orthopaedic clinics; and cardiology testing including echocardiograms and cardiac stress testing. Procedures such as bone marrow aspirations, lumbar punctures, endoscopy and minor surgery also are performed in the Pavilion.

Big Sandy Superstore is a home furnishings "superstore"​ carrying the very best in appliances, electronics, furniture, mattresses and home décor. We are three generations strong, founded in 1953 by Robert W. VanHoose Sr., who was fresh out of the Air Force at the time. With a $1000 loan from his wife, Lorna, in hand he opened his first store. Mr. VanHoose operated his business under a very basic principle: giving customers the best possible value for the money spent and, if there was ever a problem, following the Golden Rule. This simple formula has stood the test of time as Big Sandy has grown and is led today by his son, CEO Robert W. VanHoose Jr. and his two sons, Trey and Stephen.

A member of Marshall Health Network, Cabell Huntington Hospital is a not-for-profit, regional referral center located in Huntington, West Virginia. We care for patients from more than 29 counties throughout West Virginia, eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio. IBEW Local 11, Los Angeles. The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) was formed in 1891 by a group of electricians who wanted a safer workplace, fair wages and, in general, respect for the service they rendered their communities through their labors. In 1891 there were no training programs, no safety regulations, no medical plans, no pension or retirement plans, and nearly half of all electricians were being killed on the job. Because the IBEW nourished the needs of these workers, it has grown from a handful of pioneers to the largest electrical union in the world. However, the IBEW is not about a growing business or organization, it's a fraternity. The IBEW is made up of working men and women, in the electrical industry, committed to bettering themselves and the industry. Neither the IBEW nor the electrical industry is made better, unless all who labor in the industry are secure in their employment, receive a fair wage, have training programs, pension plans, dental and medical plans for themselves and their families. For over a hundred years the IBEW has been about offering all these things to electricians. All electrical workers deserve the IBEW's standard of living, the highest in the industry!
