The factory started with a semi-automated operation with a capacity to produce small batches, yet high volumes with different recipes tailored to the needs of each and every client from 5-Star Hotels and Airlines to Catering companies and restaurants. The Group is comprised of four separate legal entities, namely: 1. EgySwiss Food Company (“EFC”): Produces processed meat and poultry products 2. Egyptian Company for Food Industries & Cooling (“ECFC”): Produces processed fish products 3. Egyptian Company for Investment & Slaughter Houses (“EIS”): Engaged in the slaughtering, freezing, cooling, and processing of poultry 4. Over twenty years ago, Rick and Ann Yoder embarked on a trip throughout Southeast Asia, they returned to Seattle inspired to create a restaurant modeled on their experiences with the incredible food and culture of the Eastern world. In 1989 they created Wild Ginger, and the result was a tremendous success. This pillar of Asian dining quickly became one of the most popular restauarants in the Northwest and a true Seattle original. The last twenty years has seen numerous recognitions and awards bestowed upon Wild Ginger, including a James Beard Award and, most recently, The Wine Spectator Grand Award of Excellence.

Founded in 2009, we opened the first Homegrown Sustainable Sandwich shop in Seattle, WA. Over the last 10 years, we’ve learned a lot about the power of consumer decisions to change the food system. In 2018 we took steps to expand beyond our fast-casual sandwich shops to grow our impact on the regional food systems in the PNW and NorCal. Today, we operate retail, wholesale and mobile food businesses. With the help of our customers & supporters, we plan to continue pushing the boundaries of the sustainable food system, improving the lives of farmworkers, the planet, and our employees along the way. Moji Holding is the parent company of Dough Zone. With our first store opened in Bellevue, WA in 2014, we are dedicated to bringing traditional handmade Chinese comfort food into a modern setting. We strive to bring people together over quality dining experience and friendly services. Dough Zone currently holds 7 stores in the Greater Seattle area and 2 stores in Northern California, and we are still growing!
