• Oversee contracts, business operations, and execution, ensuring accurate reporting and communication. • Coordinate shipping, receipt, and preparation of products with a focus on accuracy and efficiency • Manage the flow of orders, monitoring and coordinating delivery schedules manually and with computer programs. • Confirm and approve logistics Bills of Lading, terminal cost, and invoices. • Perform data entry in SAP for all movements including sales orders, issuing goods, purchase orders, and all material movement. • Manage customer and terminal contracts, and compile utilization reports. • Ensure the accuracy of all SAP entries and oversee Day-to-Day/Month-End inventory reconciliation. • Perform monthly terminal tank utilization/cost analysis and produce delivery, inventory, and position reports. • Responsible for executing trades accurately and efficiently, which may involve coordination with traders, brokers, and other relevant parties. • Prepare and maintain trade documentation, including trade confirmations, and settlement instructions. • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within trade operations. Implementing best practices automation solutions where applicable. • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as traders, portfolio managers, and risk management teams, to ensure alignment on trade execution strategies and objectives. • Leverage technology platforms and systems to streamline trade operations, enhance reporting capabilities, and minimize errors. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trade operations, trade settlement efficiency, trade error rates, and compliance metrics. • Build and maintain relationships with external counterparties to facilitate smooth trade execution and settlement process.
