 Developed, implemented, and enforced a Corporate Safety and Health plan for all lines of employment with a behavioral based safety mentality.  Developed, implemented, and enforced a Corporate Fleet Safety Policy.  Ensured complete compliance with all OSHA, DOT, and EM 385 regulations at all local, state, and federal levels.  Developed and implemented Activity Hazard Analyses for all Military installation activities and Job Hazard Analyses for all State and local activities.  Conducted all levels of Safety training which provided updated knowledge of Safety procedures to mitigate loss for specific work tasks for the company resulting in a reduction in claims costs and safer employees.  Trend analysis of my jobsite safety audits with supervision and project managers provided corrective measures for efficiency in future projects.  Conducted Accident/Incident investigation and collaborated with the insurance carrier to ensure proper claims management. Manage all workers’ compensation claims to ensure timely and thorough resolution to each claim.  Maintained document control for insurance, OSHA record keeping and regulatory compliance, which ensured the company rapid responses when necessary.  Ensured all new hires are properly trained in all aspects of the corporate safety standards, and all current employees continue to maintain the standards.

Aquatic Innovations was a full-service, project development company specializing in the aquatics industry. The company manufactured a complete line of fiberglass water slides, as well as many aquatic toys and attractions, such as fiberglass pirate ships and themed play units. The company also provided project planning, conceptual design and complete engineering capabilities for water parks, aquatic facilities, splash pads and campgrounds.
