As a Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) at Riverbend, I am dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships through exceptional sales and customer service. My responsibilities include accurately processing orders in a timely manner and assisting Sales Specialists with managing these orders, ensuring they meet established deadlines. I am also actively involved in meeting sales goals within my assigned territory and regularly make outgoing calls to increase our sales and customer base. In terms of program management, I evaluate the effectiveness of previous programs and actively promote new ones to our customers. In the marketing domain, I represent Riverbend with professionalism at trade shows and contribute to updating our website, including adding new plant products. My role also extends to supporting our external sales staff, coordinating with the Sales Manager to address plant availability and quantity issues, and communicating necessary information to our Distribution team. I am committed to providing assistance across various company divisions as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
