WHY CIVICASCRIPT? Because while many generic medicines cost less than brand name drugs, some high-cost generics are more expensive than they need to be due to lack of competition in the market. With generic medicines accounting for nearly 90 percent of all prescriptions, medication costs can dictate whether patients fill or ration their generic prescriptions. CivicaScript is intent on addressing that problem. WHO CIVICASCRIPT SERVES CivicaScript works to deliver these medicines to U.S. patients at a fraction of their current cost, saving consumers hundreds of millions of dollars annually within a few years post launch. The first CivicaScript generic medicines will be available to individuals and families across the country as early as 2022 through retail and mail-order pharmacies. THE BACK STORY “Not long after Civica’s hospital-based model was showing promise, another Civica entity was formed in partnership with the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Association and multiple independent BCBS companies…CivicaScript focuses on producing generic retail and outpatient drugs…In like fashion to Civica, CivicaScript has grown rapidly; its partners already represent close to 100 million lives and the entity is just getting started.” – From "The Health Care Utility Model: A Novel Approach to Doing Business" NEJM Catalyst | Innovations in Care Delivery, July 2021 In summary: CivicaScript is the new Civica operating unit dedicated to lowering the cost of select high-cost generic medicines at the pharmacy counter. Using a cost-plus and price transparent model, CivicaScript, with its founding members including Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) and 18 Independent BCBS health plans, Anthem and others, will transform prescription drug distribution to lower the cost of prescription medicines and ensure that consumers benefit from these medicines at a fraction of their current cost.

AZOMITE Mineral Products, Inc. (AMP) is a growing private company headquartered in Nephi, Utah, USA. We mine and distribute a uniquely natural mineral product known as AZOMITE® — that has been sustaining agriculture for over seventy years. The AZOMITE® trade name is an acronym for the "A to Z of Minerals Including Trace Elements", trademarked in the early 1940s, soon after its discovery at the source. After completing a series of natural manufacturing steps, AZOMITE® minerals are stored for bulk shipment or palletized and packaged for distribution to over fifty countries throughout the world. Global research and customer testimony indicate AZOMITE® products support improved animal growth and performance when used as a feed additive, and provide important nutrients for enhanced plant growth, yield and quality. AZOMITE® is available in a product line of five different grades, listed by the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) and CDofA for use in organic production and processing. Our goal is to utilize the nutrient-rich AZOMITE® source as a base to provide innovative, high quality, organic and ecologically friendly feed ingredients and soil remineralizing fertilizers; while maintaining strong stakeholder returns. Mineral depletion of soils is a growing global concern. Soil management programs that include trace mineral supplementation have been shown to support crops with higher nutritional value. Through its line of products, AZOMITE Mineral Products, Inc. offers organic, sustainable solutions by adding minerals to depleted soils — which can ultimately improve the nutrient content and yields of the global food supply.
