• Oversee financial reporting package, metrics and narratives. Present to Board, PE sponsor and lenders its financial trends, budget comparison, deviation explanations and initiative tracker.
• Drove financial process of acquisitions and integration.
• Excellent relationship with lenders. Restructured mezzanine loan and executed a new asset based loan and equipment loan. Significantly reduced interest expense.
• Continuously manage cash. Implemented new collection processes by emphasizing collections, establishing accountability, offer early payment incentives and developing tighter credit policies.
• Managed debt covenant compliance and renegotiated more favorable credit terms.
• Reviewed job costing and profitability reports to enhance pricing and earnings.
• Revamped logistics and distribution adding 3PL's throughout US thereby reducing overall distribution costs by over 150 basis points.
