•In charge of all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and invoicing.•Prepared all home improvement contracts, home options and change orders.•Calculate and process Federal /State payroll tax deposits and quarterly reports.•Review and process subcontractor billings.•Process employee time sheets and issue payroll along with statements of earnings and deductions.•Handle and maintain Worker’s Compensation insurance payroll reports.•Execute annual Workers Compensation audit and generate reports for external auditor.•Responsible for the accuracy of subcontractor licenses, certificates of insurance, and liability insurance.
