Collaborate with the firm partners in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans. Provide financial firm partners with financial reporting and budgets. Supporting the contract administration lifecycle, including responding to inbound requests, contract review, interpretation, drafting and negotiating, routing requests to team members for response, signatures, and archiving, and maintaining confidentiality of work material. Manage AP and AR, while also building and maintaining relationships with the firm’s clients, partners, and vendors. Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process and performance analysis. Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity. Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives, and recommending solutions for improvement where necessary. Draw on relationships with the firm partners, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals. Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks. Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of the firm and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs. Work closely with the firm partners to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment. Conduct semi-monthly payroll processing. Work with partners on recruiting strategies. Manage new hire on-boarding, orientation, paperwork. Manage benefits plans, including enrollments, changes, terminations. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, to include various duties such as calendaring, document prep, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, event planning, and liaise with facility management.
