• Coordinate with City Municipalities and HOA’s acquiring permits needed prior to beginning construction.
• Focus on planning and scheduling of work, streamlining operations.
• Maintain good working relationship with both sub-contractors and clients.
• Set budget and manage benchmarks to track performance.
• Oversee and inspect the work performed by sub-contractors to ensure the latest standard of IRC Code is being implemented.
• Implement knowledge and experience as Professional Home Inspector to streamline the build out process.
• Correct any deficiencies found during the inspection process to ensure that builder’s warranty can be purchased and passed to the new homeowner at closing.
