Human Resources Manager - Knowledge of Federal and State Labor Laws. Update and monitor personnel and company policies, procedures and forms. Maintain and update personnel files. Handle all workers compensation, COBRA, and FMLA cases. Post open positions internally and externally in accordance to company policies and guidelines. Coordinate pre-employment physical and notify department supervisors of candidate’s employment eligibility. Process new hires and conduct new hire orientation. Keep track of employee’s attendance, vacation, transfers, disciplinary action and production. Counsel employees regarding all HR related issues. Process payroll and benefits administration. Assist management with employee relation’s issues including recruiting, terminations, performance management, forms administration and any other areas where they are seeking HR guidelines. Manage the attendance points system, affirmative action plan & safety incentive program. Manage and organize company award programs & all company-sponsored social events.

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Coordinator - Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. Print and obtain signatures on all accounts payable checks. Match and prepare vendor’s invoices for payment according to schedule. Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. Maintain all accounts payable reports and files. Maintain contact with vendors if problems with invoices occur. Review all COD and prepayment PO’s for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. Remit tax payments and sales tax returns. Maintain petty cash box and write periodic reimbursement checks to replenish actual cash. Maintain and update cash receipts summary totals, credit memos and receivables. Make collection calls and resolve account discrepancies. Maintain contact with costumers if problems with shipment or unpaid invoices occur
