Den-Tex Central, Inc has restaurants in Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Illinois and Arizona.
- Manage payroll processing for 3000+ restaurant employees company wide.
- Administration of benefits including 401k, health insurance, and worker’s compensation.
- Manage and supervise 3 Payroll Administrators and an Accounts Payable Clerk while performing the accounting duties for 83 restaurant locations. Provide direct support to the Controller.
- Create, compile, and maintain period, quarterly, and yearly reports (including Income Statements and Balance Sheets) for 6 different companies that fall under the franchisee’s umbrella of ownership.
- Directly involved in the processing of payroll for 130+ salaried personnel.
- Designed and implemented processes in reporting sales, reconciling bank statements, and the creation of quarterly budgeting which improved accounting team efficiency by 85%.
- Maintain yearly renewal of business licenses and backflow testing for all 83 restaurant locations.
- Implement procedures to assist in the proficiency of tasks as they relate to accounting.
- Resolve technical issues as they arise at a restaurant or within the office (i.e., DINE register systems, telephones, internet issues, computers and office equipment).
