The South Carolina Youth Advocate Program (SCYAP) is South Carolina’s premier provider of foster care and community-based services. We are a private, non-profit, 501(c)3 child-placing and family-serving organization. SCYAP has served children and families in South Carolina since 1990. SCYAP programs promote individualized treatment, flexible programming, case and cause advocacy, community-based services, and a positive approach to treating children and working with families. We have a comprehensive array of programs and services to children and families dealing with serious emotional, behavioral, psychological and/or development issues.

Medical Associates Plus mission is to provide quality and affordable health care throughout Greater Augusta and surrounding areas. MAP provides affordable care regardless of insurance status. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. Medical Associates Plus accepts most private insurances, Medicare, Medicaid and CHIP. We also offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule based on income and family size for the uninsured and underinsured.

The mission of Bright Start is to provide quality comprehensive services to all individuals with special needs and developmental delays so that children, teenagers and adults can achieve their greatest potential. Located in Aiken, Anderson, Chester, Greenville, Lancaster, Lexington, Kershaw, Oconee, Pickens, Richland, Spartanburg and York counties of South Carolina, Bright Start is proud to be the first private provider in the state to offer early intervention services to children with disabilities and special needs. Bright Start also provides Case Management services to all individuals eligible for the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs.

Developed and maintained an Intensive Outpatient Addictions Program working with Homeless individuals suffering from a variety of mental health issues and addictions related problems which prevented individuals from living independanty within the community. Strengths based, harm reduction, client centered approach to assisting individuals with transition from active addiction to sobriety.

Our collaborative, multi-systems approach utilizes both the internal family system and a community support network. We believe that the family is the agent of change. A basic principle under which Growing Home Southeast operates is that children and families should be served in a manner and setting that is most like their normal routine. When drastic interventions are used, such as removal from the home, we believe clients should continue to be served in a home setting with structure and supportive services in order to address relevant treatment issues. At Growing Home Southeast, Inc. we routinely track and measure outcomes to improve existing programs and meet newly identified needs in the communities that we serve. We are the Midlands largest homeless center providing homeless men and women ages 18 and older access to our day center, hot meals, showers, service providers and housing. Transitions is operated by Midlands Housing Alliance.
