The campus is located one hour away from Columbia, the capital of South Carolina, and it is an easy two-hour drive from Atlanta, the capital of Georgia. The curriculum of the College is designed to provide opportunities for sound physical, intellectual, moral, social and spiritual growth under Christian influences. It is also designed to meet the needs of the individual student and to assist the student in acquiring scholarly habits of work and study; to cultivate cultural qualities; to develop leadership potential; to serve the community creatively in attitude; and to develop initiative, self-expression, self-confidence, and creative thinking. To achieve these ends, the curriculum is planned to provide a balanced program of offerings in the areas of language, literature, and fine arts; natural sciences and mathematics; social sciences; religion and philosophy. Professional offerings in business administration and education (early childhood and middle grades education; and areas of concentration on the secondary education level in biology, english, history and mathematics) are also available.

East Point Academy is a tuition free public charter school in West Columbia, SC. We are globally minded and provide a rich and rigorous education to the students we serve. We offer 4-year-old kindergarten through eighth grade. Personalized learning through small classes, bilingual language instruction by certified teachers, civic engagement, cultural and social awareness activities and parental involvement give students the individualized attention and extra help they need to succeed in the classroom and in life. All students benefit from a robust, innovative, student-centered instruction. As a charter school, we accept students from any school district in South Carolina.
