Childcare and Preschool Programs (Early Head Start, Head Start, and Little Learners): TVCCA provides affordable, quality, comprehensive infant/toddler, pre-school & childcare programs that serve children from birth through age five. Employment & Training: TVCCA staffs the American Job Center – Eastern CT.
