Oversees the handling of informal and formal employee complaints. Receives and investigates all workplace complaints. Provides guidance and counsels managers on issues regarding employee relations. When necessary, consults with counsel regarding issue associated with potential high risk.
Oversees the performance management process. Monitors employee performance to ensure an ongoing alignment between the individual efforts and the goals of the organization. Train managers on conducting regular check-ins discussion and setting goals for performance improvement.
Benefit Administration. Aid in the design, implementation and evaluation of employee benefit programs; facilitates benefits open enrollment; coordinates yearly 401k compliance testing; functions as a liaison between vendors and employees; and provides directions to employees on eligibility, coverage, and other benefit related matters.

Change management. Successfully executed the four distinct phase’s of four company mergers and acquisitions. Provided direction for a team 12 and successfully onboarded employees with minimal issues.
Facilitated the training of all field managers via Asynchronous E-Learning. Conducted needs assessment and created training curriculum for all field personnel to ensure that the knowledge, skills, abilities and performance of the workplace meet current and future organizational and individual needs.
Organization strategic development. Developed and utilized metrics to evaluate Human Resources contributions to the achievement of the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. Conducted employee attitude and opinion surveys with the goal of enhancing employee morale and productivity and at the same time identify areas where improvements can be made.
