Oversee all aspects of technology for 68 McDonald’s restaurants and their associated management company.
OTP3 and member of McDonald’s technical support L3/4 teams.
Manage a team of 2 managers and 6 technicians to install, support and maintain technology including POS systems, IP camera based security systems, Drive Thru Timing systems, Digital signage, and networking infrastructure.
Assist McDonald’s Corporation with field testing new software and initiatives including proof of concept
Responsible for procuring, installing and supporting necessary office technology for day to day operations:
Network administrator with Meraki networking equipment
VMWare , Microsoft Exchange and SQL installation management
MVBase support
Barracuda backup solutions
Support and maintain over 200 field laptops and tablets
