Titusville Area Hospital (TAH) is a not-for-profit, community-based, acute care hospital in Titusville, PA founded in 1900. TAH is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Meadville Medical Center Health System located in Meadville, Pennsylvania. We serve portions of four counties providing care to more than 30,000 people. Titusville Area Hospital has been recognized nationally as a "100 Top Hospital"​ for high-quality, cost-efficient health care. For the last 4 years, Titusville Area Hospital has ranked in the Top 10% in Pennsylvania for High Patient Satisfaction based on a nationally recognized independent patient survey (HCAHPS).
