Utilizing job recruitment boards such as Apploi, and LinkedIn to ensure open positions are recruited in a timely manner for various departments including Administration, Clerical, Maintenance, Nursing, and Rehabilitation.
Ensuring employee tax documentation, state mandated documentation, and payroll information is completed accurately, and submitted to the Payroll department upon successful hires for both new and preexisting job openings.
Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on general HR policies, internal procedures, and state mandated healthcare requirements as necessary.
Maintaining physical, and digital cloud-based employee documents for department heads, and employees alike. Such documents included payroll, PTO accrual, medical and dental/vision insurance information, disciplinary charts, and state mandated Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) forms.
Performing employee merit-based evaluations.
Administering orientation trainings on a weekly basis.
Conducting employee in services as required on a monthly to bimonthly basis.
Enacting appropriate disciplinary action towards employees who violate company policy, and addressing employee grievances.
