TSI provides an array of housing and support services, designed to meet the needs and preferences of individuals who have psychiatric or intellectual disabilities. Using the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Approach and Everyday Lives Philosophy, staff assists individuals with the identification of personal strengths, skill building and empowerment. The goal of these efforts is to enable the individual to achieve role recovery—that is, defining and resuming life on their terms. The development of natural supports is also an important focus in this process.

Mary Cariola Center is the regional leader in personalized, interdisciplinary, evidenced-based education and life skill solutions that inspire and empower individuals and the families of those with multiple, complex disabilities. Mary Cariola Center is an independent, non-profit agency and is regarded as a leader in providing education, residential programs and other services for individuals with disabilities. The Center was the first in the nation to have a sensory room, and opened New York State’s first group home for children and youth with significant behavior management needs.

The ReHabilitation Center is a uniquely innovative, non-profit community asset that provides a broad continuum of daily services to some 700 people with developmental and mental health disabilities in a three-county area. Headquartered in Olean, NY The ReHab Center evolved from a handful of concerned parents who banded together in 1958 to seek opportunities for their children with disabilities at a time when there were none. The ReHab Center works with the people we serve and their caregivers to tailor programs that enrich virtually every aspect of life for those with mental health and developmental disabilities. Individualized day programs, case management, recreation, instruction in life skills, vocational and employment training – all in an effort to give people the tools and training they need to become productive and contributing members of the community.
