GECAC operates Erie County’s Area Agency on Aging, GECAC Adult Learning Center, Older Adult Protective Services as well as programs in Re-Entry Upward Bound, Senior Centers, Job Training, Weatherization, Senior Corp Volunteer Program, Housing and Utility Assistance, Meals on Wheels and more GECAC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and staffed by 130 employees charged with the delivery of services. GECAC is supported through contributions from individuals, corporations, and organizations as well as grants from local, state and federal sources.

CODI offers financial education and asset focused redirection for all COI customers. By training entrepreneurs and creating jobs, CODI is jump-starting the local economy. When small businesses are created, the profits from those businesses stay in the community and are reinvested many times over.
