Responsible for all aspects of boat, motor and trailer sales.• Create and manage a sales budget yearly based on linear growth. • Collaboratively worked with all departments; set up, service, delivery, detailing, finance, scheduling, accounting, dockage and administration to move the buyer through the process quickly and have the buyer leave knowing we sell happiness to our friends.• Managed external business partners: outside sales representatives, inside product specialists, bank establishments, insurance companies, marketing /web designers and warranty associates.• Responsible for ordering and selling 9 brands of boats, 3 brands of engines, 3 brands of trailers, and 1 brand of waverunners.• Evaluate all used boats for trade in value, estimates on work needed and establish a retail sales value for resale.• Responsible for setting up, creating booth layout, sales and marketing efforts around 2 annual boats shows. Work to establish and develop a marketing campaign for each annual boat show and additional campaigns throughout the year
