Polytechnic School in a K-12 independent school which was founded in 1907. Currently I report to the CFO and have a dotted line to the Head of School. My HR team and I help support just over 200 employees across our campus in areas such as; benefits, employee relations, comprehensive surveys, statutory compliance, payroll, retirement (403b), and a robust wellness programs. I am also responsible for the Risk Management function at Polytechnic.
