My job duties include handling over $2M personal lines book of business; handle all personal and commercial claims in the agency (taking information, filing with carriers, assisting customer & company in any way needed to resolve any issues); tech support within the agency (handle any sort of computer, printer, scanner issues; set up all company downloads; resolving issues with security cameras, keeping up with and renewing subscriptions with Outlook, Adobe, website domain, etc.) and maintaining company Facebook page.
