The Leo A. Hoffmann Center (LAHC) is a private, nonprofit corporation committed to providing a continuum of care within our outpatient mental health services and residential facility that supports quality individualized services for youth, adults and families. The Hoffmann Center has a long history of successfully treating adolescents with sexual behavior problems, many of whom also have comorbid cognitive, behavioral, and emotional / psychiatric needs. In 2019, LAHC was recognized for 40 years of serving youth, and is recognized for its good standing and relationships with the Department of Human Services (DHS), Department of Corrections (DOC), and Council on Accreditation (COA).

360 Communities delivers safety and stability that improves lives. Founded more than 50 years ago by a group of volunteers, 360 Communities provides hope and support to about 15,000 individuals each year with services in over 45 locations, including a network of five food shelves, two resource centers, two sexual and domestic violence shelters, and two programs that support school success from birth through high school graduation. About 1,000 volunteers donate their time, energy, and talent in support of 360 Communities every year. 360 Communities delivers a full circle of support to families through its strong

The Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging, Inc. is a non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors. MNRAAA has been designated by the Minnesota Board on Aging (MBA) as the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) for the Southwest Planning and Service Area in Minnesota. As a state-designated AAA, MNRAAA administers OAA funds and is responsible for the development of a coordinated and comprehensive system of services for older adults and their caregivers in Big Stone, Blue Earth, Brown, Chippewa, Cottonwood, Faribault, Jackson, Kandiyohi, Lac qui Parle, Le Sueur, Lincoln, Lyon, Martin, McLeod, Meeker, Murray, Nicollet, Nobles, Pipestone, Redwood, Renville, Rock, Sibley, Swift, Waseca, Watonwan and Yellow Medicine Counties. To accomplish this, MNRAAA awards Title III OAA funding to agencies and organizations that provide direct services for older people (age 60+) and their caregivers.
