Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen, Inc., started business on December 4, 1973, in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Our initial building occupied only 1,100 square feet and housed production of 70,000 pounds our first year. Today, Mrs. Gerry’s has progressed through production additions, plant expansions, and sales coverage area to place Mrs. Gerry’s as a leading manufacturer of salads and side dishes. Our production facility now occupies 214,500 square feet and utilizes some of today’s best technology to produce a high-quality, consistent, great tasting products. We offer over 120 products that cover a range of categories including mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, salads, entrees, dips, and desserts. We are currently distributing coast to coast, utilizing a direct sales force and broker network to assure superior customer service and satisfaction.

Headquartered on a 14 acre corporate campus in Mankato, Minnesota, All American Foods, Inc. manufactures over 100 dairy and non-dairy food ingredients for human consumption. Our Pro Mix® line of ingredients offer cheese powders and cheese flavorings, dried cultured ingredients, high fat powders, dried flavoring ingredients, egg replacement powders, and replacers and substitutes for nonfat dry milk powder, dry buttermilk powder and dry whole milk powder. European Roasterie, Inc. was founded in 1992 and we are located in Le Center, MN. We are a family-run business which employs 50 people, roasting in a 50,000 square foot Roasterie. Currently, we are producing over 3.5 million pounds of fresh roasted, top-grade coffee annually. Big numbers for a small batch roaster but hey, that’s our craft. We still only roast 25 to 500 lbs per roast…with each batch carefully roasted to create the perfect cup, all the time. We offer over 30 origin coffees, with an endless array of blend and roast level options and over 50 flavored coffees. We also carry Certified Organic and Fair Trade coffees and we are Certified Kosher. We source and buy coffees from over 30 different countries, personally selecting green beans from plantations and co-ops directly. This allows for better quality control and Fair Trade assurance by confirming that sustainable practices are in place. Our coffee knowledge and intimate connection with the world’s leading coffee plantations allows us to offer exotic organics and lesser-known, but more flavorful, varieties.
