Issuing insurance certificates, processing policy changes, audits, renewals, claims and largely responsible for agency's book of Commercial agency billed business. In addition, coordination with additional office branches for all insurance/HR related issues and/or obligations. Successfully ran day-to-day operations of mid-sized agency on a solitary basis for a period of six months.
