TTI is a private, not-for-profit agency that has been providing specialty behavioral health services and training in Michigan since 1987. We provide a wide range of community-based services and supports to adults with psychiatric disorders and to those with both co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders. We also provide services to children and adults with developmental disabilities and children with emotional impairments. We provide quality recovery-focused services based on an individual's plan of service. All programs are based on each consumer's person-centered planning process and incorporate trauma-informed care, co-occurring mental health and substance use treatment, and integrated healthcare.

Residential Options, Inc. was established in July of 1984 by Sharon Wilkes, LMSW, BCBA, who serves as Executive Director. ROI is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. Today ROI operates four specialized adult foster care homes. We currently provide community living supports to 60 individuals residing in supported independent living sites. We also provide in-home supports to 75 children through the Children’s Model II Medicaid Waiver program and on a contractual basis from CEI-Community Mental Health. The ROI Respite house serves approximately 15 children on a regular basis. Family training and Non-family training is provided by LMSW, behavior specialists. ABA services are provided in the ROI Learning Center by our behavior technicians and behavior therapists, who are supervised by our BCBA team. Ennis Center for Children has been working with abused and/or neglected children for over 43 years with our services reaching over 6,000 Michigan children and families in crisis annually. On any given day, we help over 400 children in our foster care program alone. Ennis Center for Children serves all counties in Southeast Michigan with locations in Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, Saginaw and Wayne County. We are a leading agency in finding adoptive families for children, including those with special needs. Ennis Center also works with delinquent teens, helping them stay safe, stay in school and on a path toward a productive adulthood.
