Disability? Diagnosis? Doesn’t matter. We are all equally human, and we all deserve to live in a world where we can thrive. WHAT WE DO: We are a Michigan-based non-profit that provides life-changing services that bridge care gaps for 30,000+ people all across our state, every year. With 125+ statewide locations and 2000+ employees, we offer health care like neuro rehabilitation, autism therapy, and mental health support, alongside essential social services like transportation, education assistance, work skills training, affordable housing, and more—so that everyone throughout our communities can achieve their highest level of independence. Not everyone is willing to do this work. But we are. Because we were born from a belief that no human is more valuable than the next. Disability? Diagnosis? Doesn’t matter. We are all equally human, and we all deserve to live in a world where we can thrive. WHY IT MATTERS: Over 70 million people in the U.S. suffer from disabilities or disadvantages that impact their quality of life. Over two million of them live in Michigan. That’s more than 3x the population of Detroit. We’re here to break down barriers, because health, independence, and self-belief shouldn’t be privileges—they should be the standard. And we won’t stop until they are. hopenetwork.org | 800.695.7273

ADVISACARE HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS INC.
ADVISACARE HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS INC.
Grand Rapids, Michigan
500+ employees
We were established in 1997 as Alacrity Staffing to provide healthcare personnel to hospitals, nursing facilities, and other medical entities throughout the country. As time went on, our focus shifted from facility-based staffing to personalized one on one care at home because we recognized the need for a smooth and safe transition from the hospital/facility setting to care in the home and our name changed to AdvisaCare Home Health. AdvisaCare became the solution for individuals and their families seeking superior home care services delivered with the exceptional customer service they deserve. Home Care is personal and our founder, Kris Skogen, believes it should be local too. To that end, we employ a network of clinicians and healthcare staff that live in and understand the communities we serve. AdvisaCare is committed to supporting these communities through a variety of charitable endeavors. AdvisaCare has grown over the years to meet the diverse needs of our clients by adding Medicare Home Health, Rebound Therapy Services, Respiratory Care and Hospice to our offerings designed to maximize health, safety, and independence while reducing stress and worry. We consider it a privilege to make a difference in the lives of our clients, their families, and the communities in which they live. We thank them for the honor of serving them and providing better living. Branches in Michigan, Arizona, Las Vegas, and Washington State.
