Since its inception over 50 years ago, The Arc has grown from a small group of parents to one of the county’s largest employers, with more than 300 staff members and hundreds of volunteers. Key Point Health Services is primarily a public mental health provider. We accept Medicare, Medicare Railroad Retirement and Maryland Medical Assistance. Key Point does not participate in most private insurance plans; however we will accept patients with private health insurance, ask for payment at the time of the service and provide a receipt where the patient can submit to the insurance company for reimbursement.
