ARH employs more than 6,000 people with an annual payroll and benefits of $330 million generated into our local economies. ARH also has a network of more than 600 active and courtesy medical staff members. ARH is the largest provider of care and single largest employer in southeastern Kentucky and the third largest private employer in southern West Virginia, and is consistently recognized for its medical excellence.

I prepared plan for financial and day-to-day operations of aberrant rural hospital. To introduce new facilities and revived closed patient care departments, I spent time researching and developing processes and policies. For the recruitment of four specialists and two family practice nurse practitioners to improve work efficacy, I supervised HR team. Key Accomplishments *Executed new strategies, resulting in an increase in gross monthly revenue from $1.4M to $3M. *Devised and implemented marketing plans leading to a 300% rise in gross revenue and enhancing workforce staffing from 54 to 130 employees, allowing hospital to expand its service area. *Developed financial plan to enhance 223% Inpatient and 186% Outpatient Gross Revenue. *Changed Emergency Department Contractor to improve ED patient care by 143% while supervising admissions efficiency, leading to 265% increase in inpatient flow.
