Painters District Council No. 30 (PDC 30) is a union organization that represents finishing trades workers throughout 29 counties in north-central Illinois and 3 counties in Wisconsin. We accomplish this through state-of-the-art craftsperson safety and skills training, industry-focused political action, aggressive market sector monitoring and job action, diligent joint management of health and pension funds, and implementing profitable growth strategies. We are one of 34 District Councils that make up the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, or "IUPAT."​ Members of PDC 30 are construction craftspersons who perform work as either painters and decorators, drywall finishers, or glaziers.
