Engage is a web-based platform that digitizes the process of booking talent. Using Engage, consumers connect directly with talent to negotiate deals and partnerships. Engage’s roster is more than 4,500 strong and features athletes, business leaders, celebrities, influencers, and speakers from more than 75 agencies, as well as a plethora of individually represented talent. These talent are booked through Engage for speaking engagements, marketing partnerships, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The combination of an easy-to-use interface with an industry-leading network of personal partnerships positions Engage as a unique talent booking solution that is disrupting outdated industry processes that require consumers to work through different agencies and stratified, cumbersome processes. Recognizing that the transition to new technology can pose challenges, Engage proudly offers free white-glove support services to all consumers, talent, and agency partners. Engage is the booking engine for many Fortune 500 companies, works with the country’s largest non-profits, associations, and conferences, and has partnerships with a vast majority of America’s leading talent agencies. Engage was founded in 2019 by former USC football player and blind motivational speaker Jake Olson and his business partners, who experienced firsthand the inefficiencies in the talent-booking industry and seized the opportunity to build a 21st-century talent booking platform.

My grandfather, Frank Nelson was born in Safford, Arizona on a small cotton farm in 1925. Many of his experiences on the farm taught him important lessons about life. He learned that hard work and honesty are important principles for success. He married Ethel Clonts in 1948 and bought a farm of his own. This was only the beginning of his real estate investments. Soon others became aware that honesty and hard work were part of this man’s character and in 1960 he was offered a partnership in a car dealership in California. It was here he began to comprehend the real value of investing in properties. Sadly he died just before his 50th birthday so he was not able to witness the positive impact these investments have had on his family. However as a result of his efforts, countless generations will reap the benefits for years to come. Our company’s success can be accredited to following a strong foundation of guidelines. First, we affirm the teachings of Robert Kiyosaki in his book Rich Dad Poor Dad. Here he teaches people to “Learn how to make money work hard for you and not how to work hard for your money.” We can show you how to do just that. My grandfather was a very religious man who believed that if you put God first, everything else will fall into place. He would always tell us “give until it hurts and then give a little bit more”. Having money doesn’t make you happy; it’s what you do with that money that truly brings you happiness. We look forward to helping you create a legacy for your family’s future and a lifestyle you can never outlive.
