Jefferson Southern Corporation, or JSC, is a Tier One Automotive supplier. Our main customer is Honda Manufacturing Alabama, which produces Honda Odyssey mini vans, Honda Pilot SUVs, and Honda Ridgeline trucks. We produce several parts that are part of the "white body" or interior shell of the car.

Safety Manager at the TNM Seating facility in Chattanooga. • HSE Manager for JIT assembly plant which makes automotive seats for Volkswagen vehicles with 400 employees, growing to 3 shifts and 550 employees. • Conduct weekly audits or risk assessments to ensure safety and environmental compliance. • Develop action plans to complete items identified in the audits. • Conduct safety training and development for employees, supervisors and managers. • Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to adjust actions and training plans. • Working to achieve ISO14001 environmental compliance certification by the end of Q1 2023. • Lead the Emergency Response Team and Safety Core Teams.

Located northwest of Atlanta in Dallas, GA., AFG operates in two (2) facilities with approximately 43,000 ft² of manufacturing space. AFG offers the aircraft industry a broad base of manufacturing capabilities including CNC machining, tool fabrication, sheet metal forming and fabrication, assembly, and aluminum heat treating and heat aging.
