As a Marketing and Sales Coordinator, I helped to develop new sales procedures to increase gross profits and reach new customers and products to them. Also, lead the sales team by communicating and updating inventory with sample requests and quotes. Monthly, designing Mailchimp email campaigns for FBS, antibiotics and PPE products. Some other duties is to help management with Sales GP Reports, inventory, and shipping department. My role in Customer Service is creating invoices and packing slips from purchase orders. In addition, invoice customers and run credit card payments and ACH payments in QuickBooks.

Development of Bridge Accounts. Working with wholesale accounts and salespeople to develop new avenues for increased sales within the mass market bridge account customer base. Responsible for programs, designs, budgets, sales,trade show and merchandising support.
