Oversee the supervision of various operational areas, including the teller department, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of member needs. Your role will involve guiding and advising tellers to deliver exceptional service while opening accounts, processing ACH non-post transactions daily, and resolving member issues promptly. In addition to your operational duties, you will collaborate closely with the CEO on GL balancing and marketing initiatives, contributing to the organization's strategic goals.
