Serve as HR Business Partner to support multiple site locations throughout US.
HR Program Administration - Proactively review HR programs and policies, looking for opportunities to create new or improve established programs from a multi-site nationwide perspective. Developed and implemented company policies, SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) and company job descriptions.
Training - Manage the implementation of company-wide initiatives, training, process improvements, programs and evaluates, recommends, and coordinates training for management team. Develop and train all associates and management in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
Employee Relations / Compliance - Perform investigations and handle grievances and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all local, State, and Federal employment laws, making proactive recommendations when potential issues are identified or arise.
Compensation - Manage processing of all payroll and payroll changes such as salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes, new hires, terminations and raises along with system upgrades for multiple states.
Benefits - Administration of various employee benefits programs, such as group health, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness benefits.
