Co-led $3M sales operations achieving sales goals by providing innovative single source solutions, equipment for storage requirements to provide labor cost savings, increased business operations efficiencies and ROI for client across industries including logistics, government, food service and warehousing applications throughout the West Coast.
• Partnered with clients from startups to nationwide companies to grow business capacity and capability from one to multiple facility locations for clients including Blue Apron, HelloFresh, Gobble and Amy’s Kitchen, US Foods, Dole Packaged Foods and LKQ Auto Parts.
• Provided ongoing ~300 clients account management and business needs assessment to support client’s capital expenditures and budget to scale expansion for one, five and ten-year growth plans.
• Proposed project cost estimation for custom designed turnkey storage solutions including warehouse layout design, facility sizing models, fire sprinkler positions and hazardous storage.
• Provided project consultation to assess, design, estimate and install as subcontractor to scope and assess client needs, General Contractors include Cold Storage Manufacturing, Ricker Thermline, Hansen Rice Builders, ESI Constructors, Gilbane Federal and Harris Construction.
• Led construction projects from design to completion as project manager coordinating structural and mechanical engineering firms and related subcontractors (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire, lighting) to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Prepared and submitted AutoCAD construction documents incorporating building codes, Safety and ADA Compliance for permitting and resolving plan check issues for jurisdiction’s in 11 western states, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas and Utah.
• Managed crews of six-fifteen employees with two construction foremen to resolve field issues to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
